Description: This video production was made to show off the potential of real estate prospecting. With great views and cool cars, what person wouldn't want that life?

For the Your Ultimate Guide to Realty commercial we travelled to Livermore and Peasanton. We shot one version of this spot on 35mm film which came out great but then they decided to change their name and go in a different direction so we re-shot this footage on our Sony HDV 1080i cameras. It still came out pretty clean. The video production was done using natural light, some bounce boards and a few Mole Richardson 1K's. Ian McAleece composed the music and we re-recorded all the VO in our audio booth with Apple Logic Pro.
